Fitness classes teach students healthy habits

I've always liked variety, and my opinion on fitness is no different. Throughout the years I've picked at multiple forms of exercise, sampling a little of each one to determine where my tastes lie. With the DSC fitness classes you have the opportunity to flirt with a number of sports. Try one for a semester and see what comes of it. You may just find some new friends or a lifelong hobby.
Most people don't associate exercise with fun, but if you choose wisely, your physical education class may just be the best two hours of your week. They always say exercise makes you feel good about yourself, and feeling good makes most people happy. Take a break from that drowning workload of formulas, definitions and lectures and take a class where you can enjoy the St. George sun.
Of course this plan wouldn't be a good one unless it was economy-friendly. A few of the fitness classes cost a measly $25, but most of them don't cost a thing. According to http://www.redcanyongolf.com/group_classes_clinics.php, six lessons of beginning golf costs $75 a person at Red Canyon Golf. According to http://www.saintgeorgetennis.com/adult.html, The Vic Braden Tennis & Swim Club charges $90 (non-member rate) for a one hour adult private lesson for one to two people, or $15 per person per hour for an adult clinic. If you're a student, you can just say goodbye to that idea. While your tuition drains your bank account, let it get you in shape too.
As long as I was completely devoted to attending class and improving my learned skills, the physical education classes at DSC were breezy, convenient and practical. This year do something good for yourself and come out on top with a shining grade and a fit body.
